Health Score it is a custom build formula to represent the overall onsite SEO performance of a website by making use of the following metrics:

total number of each issue type
the criticality of each individual issue
ratio of issues per URL
critical issues on homepage as well as unique site checks.

Health Score is shown as a percentage from 0-100 % and can be seen on the dashboard or on each individual crawl.
